Dr. Brand is a sole private practitioner.  To make an appointment and meet Dr. Brand, call the voicemail, 773-819-5533 and leave a message with your phone number and best times to reach you.  She will contact you as soon as possible with a 24 hour period.  

Sessions are typically 55 minutes, and fees can be discussed at the time of the first phone contact.  Fees are payable at the time of the session, and insurance invoices can be provided for you to submit for reimbursement. Dr. Brand is a blue cross P.P.O.provider.  She can provide you with your quoted benefits after the first phone contact.

Dr. Brand does not carry a pager, so emergency situations should be addressed by contacting your local emergency room after hours.

 Out of courtesy, Dr. Brand does request that you cancel appointments within a reasonable amount of time.  There is a charge for sessions cancelled within 24 hours of an appointment, unless illness or unusual circumstances exist.
